Dilute it with some neutral oil like olive, coconut or castor oil for your hair and massage it in after you’ve washed your hair. Try to do this twice or three times a week.


Hot Oil Hair Treatment


The hot oil treatment requires you to heat up some natural oils like sunflower, jojoba, coconut or even use castor oil for hair. You can heat them up in a pan over the stove for a little while.
